1.Epsom Salt

  • 1 cup of Epsom salt
  • Water
How to use
  • Fill your bath tub  with warm water.
  • Now Add a cup of Epsom salt into it
  • Allow the salt to dissolve in water.
  • soak in it for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Do this once daily or every alternate day.
2.Apple Cider Vinegar
 Either drinking apple cider vinegar or rubbing it directly on the area of the sore muscle or joint can help to relieve pain.

3.Ginger

You Need
  •  powdered cinnamon   1 teaspoon 
  •  warm water               1 glass 
  • Honey                        as required
How to use
  • Add a teaspoon of powdered cinnamon to a glass of warm water.

  • Add some honey to this and take immediately.
  • You must drink this mixture once daily.
