160 to 189 mg/dL is high and dangrous need to be controlled.

Cholesterol levels vary by age, weight, and gender. Over time person body tends to produce more cholesterol,therefore adults should check their cholesterol levels regularly after every 4 to 6 years.

add a little honey to make it sweeten

You can also take turmeric supplements (400-600 mg 3 x daily).

How to Use


Having a bowl of oatmeal or cold oat-based cereal like Cheerios for breakfast. It gives you 1 to 2 grams of soluble fiber.
Take 2-3 table spoon of oat and dd a banana or some strawberries and mix them  and eat it.
Current nutrition guidelines recommend getting 20 -35 grams of fiber a day, with at least 5 to 10 grams coming from soluble fiber.
