How to keep Dry and Dehydrated Skin Moisturized, Get Soothing and Glowing Skin with Easy Homemade Moisturizing Milk

Throughout the year our skin take on bit of thing from sunburn to irritation dryness to cracked.It does not matter what time of year it is, anyone can suffer from dehydrated skin in any season, and it is often uncomfortable and difficult to resolve.

Our skin might feel more dry and dull and irritated during the colder months .That is because cold air outside and ac air inside is very dry and strip your skin from its moisture.By hydrating well and taking extra care of your skin during winter you can bring back the glow  and make it smoother with no cracks.

Its important to clarify the difference between dry and dehydrated skin.

Dehydrated Skin.

Dehydrated skin is a temporary skin state,its structure is not dry but at certain point in certain season its lacking water or its HYDRO-LIPID SHIELD is weakened. In dehydrated skin skin loses its elasticity and skin become dull and rough.

Dry Skin

Dry skin is a kind of permanents skin type that mean skin structure lacks lipids,skin lose the glow and become less smoother and cracked.

Women uses different cream toner,moisturizer and beauty product for their skin care during winter,these products are expensive n give temporary results,i have brought most effective and easy home remedy for dry and dehydrated skin during the colder months.

Lets start making,

Milk and Rose Water Remedy

In the past the queen takes a milk bath for her skin. There is some truth to that. In fact, milk has many soothing and anti-inflammatory properties that make it ideal for ridding the skin of dryness and itchiness. The lactic acid that is found in milk works as a natural exfoliant to increase the moisture retention properties of the skin.Milk  also help lightens the complexion.

You Need

Raw Milk         1/2        Cup
Rose Water     2-3        T'sp








How to Make

  • Take half cup of raw milk.
  • Add 2-3 table spoon of rose water into it.
  • Now mix them well to make solution. 


How to Use

  • Take a clean cotton ball and soak it into the solution.
  • Apply the saturated ball on your dry skin areas and Massage for 10 minutes with soft hands.
  • Let the solution get absorbed into your skin completely. 
  • Wait for 30 minutes to let it dry.
  • Now Wash the solution away with another cloth soaked in a bowl of lukewarm water.
  • Try doing it twice daily for the best results.
